Additional charges for custom clearance must be paid by the customer.
In addition, please be reminded that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.
How to Order
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When interested in an item, click on the photo.
This will direct you to a page that give more detail along with a bigger picture of the item of interest. If you would like to order an item, put the number that you need and click " Add to Cart" button on the right side of the item list page. Use the " Continue Shopping" button to continue browsing until your cart contains all of the items you wish to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the " Chekout / View Cart" button on the bottom of every page of our web site.
Shipping timeframe
Your order will be handled within three working days.
The confirmation email will be sent out after the shipment is finished.
Please enter the informed tracking number at https://www.kuronekoyamato.co.jp/ytc/en/ to check the shipping status of parcels.

Our Return Policy
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer sales division before returning merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval. Return instructions will be given at the time of your call.
Shipping charges and handling charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of Octon's error. When returning an item, please attach the email confirming our approval of the return. The following is the address for returns:

Refunds
You"ll be notified via e-mail of your refund once the returned item is received and processed. A refund can be expected within one month of our receiving the returned item being received. The refund will be credited to the purchasing credit card.
Shipping
The packages are shipped by the International Courier.
Shipment fee is charged automatically with the International Courier rate based on the weight.

Please specify on your order if you would like your package to be shipped by a preferred carrier.
Urgent shipments may require an additional shipping and handling fee. Please inquire via email.
